Use of the platform

Prospector's Field Assistant is provided as a field support platform for detector users and prospectors. You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

Guidance only

Detector recommendations, region information, and other guidance are general tools only. Ground conditions, legal access, and safe operation remain the user's responsibility at all times.

Accounts

If accounts are enabled, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login details and activity associated with their account.

Community content

If you post finds, notes, or photos, you are responsible for the content you share. Do not post unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading material.

Intellectual property

Prospector's Field Assistant, including its original app workflow, branding, design, text, software, and platform content, is owned by GavDen Dev unless stated otherwise and is protected by copyright and related intellectual-property laws. Government map layers, geology datasets, tenement information, and other third-party sources remain the property of their respective owners or licensors and must be used subject to their own terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of your own notes, photos, find records, and other content you create in the platform. Where syncing, backup, or community features are used, you give us a limited permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to run those features.

Location and access

Users must comply with local laws, land access rules, permit requirements, heritage protections, and safety obligations when using the platform in the field.

Subscriptions

If paid subscriptions are offered, billing, renewals, cancellations, and access levels will be governed by the subscription terms shown at the time of purchase.

Limitation of liability

Prospector's Field Assistant is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact recommendations, or field outcomes.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
